Do you accept custom orders?

Always! Whether you want a fully custom gift, event signage, or a completely bespoke design, we love helping bring your ideas to life. Use our custom order page or drop us a message.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping on most of our products. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, and you’ll see full details at checkout. If you have any questions or need a custom quote, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

We had had some instances where customs have charged a release fee of approx £15, there isn't anything we can do about this. We will let you know about this when you order.

How long will my order take to be made and shipped?

Most of our made-to-order items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer. Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your item is on its way.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes – if you need something urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?

Please reach out as soon as possible. If it’s our error, we’ll fix it straight away. If the error is in the personalisation details you submitted, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes – we offer discounts on large orders for events, businesses, or gifting. Please message us with your quantity and item request for a custom quote.
